I just had to share one of my absolute favorite Weight Watchers snacks that I make. I LOVE this and eat it a few times a week. I will say, if you make it, measure and track! This is an easy one to have generous eyes with, so get out the measuring spoons and a scale!
Here are the ingredients:
I toast one of the Sara Lee muffins for 2 points.
Spread one tablespoon of the whipped PB between the two halves of the muffin. That's 2 points too.
Top with 7 grams of mini chocolate chips. If you want, you can use one half of a tablespoon - but measuring in grams gets you more chocolate for the same cost. ;-) The chips are one point!
If you assemble it quickly, the chocolate and PB melt together. DELICIOUS!!!!
